I'm still having problems placing triggers over pits. For example, if I have one room on top of the other, and I need to place a trigger on the "floor" of the pit (the bottom part of the upper room), how do I do this? I've tried creating a temporary floor, placing the trigger, and then deleting the floor. This didn't work. Then I tried toggling the opacity of the pit in order to place a trigger. This doesn't work either. The triggers show up on my maps, but they don't activate when Lara leaps over the pit. Please help! I really need this in order use the two-block platform in the catacombs WAD (I'm still trying to recreate the puzzle found in the original catacombs level, but Lara keeps falling through the floor. And I can't set a dummy trigger beneath the two-block platform, because that requires placing a trigger over a pit.)IP: Logged |

Try this for your trigger problem: Place your trigger in the bottom room. Now when Lara is in the upper room and jumps over the pit it will set off the trigger. This worked for me. IP: Logged |

You can highlight the squares (right-click 'em, otherwise you'll select the door) you want to be a trigger in the plan view grid and set then as triggers... This works tooIP: Logged |
